Account & Billing

Your plan, your data, and how to leave with all of it.

Plan and pricing

One plan covers every tool.

Monthly
$24.99 per month.
Yearly
$250 per year, labelled 2 months free, because that is the difference.
Trial
14 days with a card on file, on your first subscription only.
Status
In trial while it runs, then Active once billing starts.

Open Your Taskrel plan from the Getting paid card in settings to see your status, choose a billing period, and start or manage a subscription.

New tools do not cost more. One flat subscription covers the whole toolbox, so an added tool raises the value of the plan you already pay for instead of becoming another line on your bill.

Managing your subscription

Manage billing opens a secure portal hosted by Stripe.

Your card details are handled there and are never typed into TaskRel or stored by us. Update the card, download past invoices and receipts, or cancel. When a subscription is active, the plan screen also shows your renewal date and the card on file, so you can check both without opening the portal.

Getting paid

Taking card payments from clients is a separate Stripe connection, covered in its own section.

Connect it under Client payments, reached from the Getting paid card in settings. What Stripe asks you for, what it costs, and what happens if you skip it are all in Getting Paid.

These are two different Stripe relationships. The subscription you pay TaskRel lives under your plan settings; the payments your clients pay you live under client payments. Connecting one does not connect the other.

Google Sheets sync

Connect a Google account and TaskRel keeps a live spreadsheet copy of your records.

Under Your data in settings, Connect Google Sheets authorizes it. Sync now pushes the latest records immediately, Disconnect ends it, and the card shows status and when it last synced.

A spreadsheet is the easiest thing to hand to a bookkeeper, which means you are not exporting a fresh file every time they ask.

CSV export

Download CSV gives you a file of your records, any time, with nothing to set up.

It sits under Your data in settings, opens in any spreadsheet program, and needs no authorization and no third party account. Taking a copy before anything significant costs nothing.

Your data and privacy

Your records are yours, and some things are deliberately never shown to your clients.

Clients never see

  • Job photos and internal photos
  • Your margins
  • Your crew costs
  • Where a price came from

Clients do see

  • Your branding and business details
  • The agreed work and price
  • Documents frozen as sent

Documents freeze your business details at the moment of sending. That protects your client, whose copy cannot silently change, and protects you, because your records match theirs.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete everything from settings. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

  1. Download a CSV copy first if you want to keep your records.
  2. Open Delete account under account settings.
  3. Type your account email exactly as it appears. That is what enables the confirm button.
  4. Choose Permanently delete, or Cancel to back out.

Cancelling is not deleting. To stop paying but keep your records, cancel through Manage billing instead.
